What shipping company do you use?

As a rule, we don't ship any products from our online web catalog. If you need an item and need it shipped, please do not order through our online catalog. Instead you should contact us directly either through our Contact Us page or by calling us at: 1.843.538.8559 for assistance.

How will I be able to get the truck accessories that I order online?

You may pick them up at our dealership during our normal working hours, which are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. You should give us a call before you come so we can have your items ready for you.

How long should I wait before I pick up my order?

If we do not have what you ordered in stock, we will order it from our supplier(s) as soon as we receive your payment through Paypal. It will be at our location no longer than 72 hours after we place the order with our supplier(s).

The amount I'm paying for it through your online web catalog is the total amount, right?

Only if you do not require installation of the item you purchased. If we install it for you, then installation fees will be expected when you come in to pick up your item(s).

I don't want to order online. Can I still order something shown in the online catalog?

Yes you can. Simply call us at 1.843.538.8559, contact us through the form on our Contact Us page, or come in to our dealership. One of our staff will be able to help you order the item(s) you need.

I need to rent a car from you. What do I need to bring with me?

You'll need your driver's license and a major credit/debit card such as Visa or MasterCard. If you do not have a major credit/debit card then you'll need to call us at 1.843.538.8559 or contact us and we'll tell you what the deposit amount will be.
