Dear Mr. Roessler:

Thank you so much for taking good care of us when we rented your Blazer to take our family to the Ladson Fair. Our car was in repair and we were afraid we'd have to cancel our plans.

We were really glad we'd chosen A & D Auto Sales when our crisis began after we'd returned the vehicle to you.

If you remember, our 6-year-old daughter remembered that we'd accidentally left her journal that she needed for school in the Blazer. We realized it was in there 5 minutes before you closed on Saturday.

You were so understanding and gracious in helping us locate it for her just in time for her Monday morning assignment in school.

I'm not sure another rental agency would've held on to the book since it was only a spiral notebook full of pictures and little girl's writings. It surely couldn't have looked "important". I was concerned it might've been thrown away, but I'm really glad you have the policy of holding on to those things - even those that might seem insignificant.

Next time we need to rent a vehicle, we'll be back. Thanks again.
